Medium-duty shelves are a type of storage shelves, mainly divided by load-bearing capacity, between light-duty shelves and heavy-duty shelves, and the single-layer load-bearing range is usually 150kg-1000kg. The following is a detailed description of its core features and classification:
1. Structure and composition
Basic structure: It is assembled by columns, beams, shelves and connectors. The main frame contains two columns, and the sub-frame can share a column with the adjacent main frame to save space1.
Material and hole type:
The columns are mostly made of cold-rolled steel plates, and the front is punched (mainly trapezoidal holes or butterfly holes) to facilitate the attachment of beams;
The beams are mostly "P"-shaped pipes (step beams), which match the height of the shelves. Some shelves use polygonal columns + diamond holes to improve stability.
II. Classification and technical parameters
Standard and non-standard types
Standard type: The layer height is adjusted with a pitch of 75mm, and the load-bearing capacity is 100kg-350kg, which is suitable for conventional warehousing scenarios; Non-standard type: The span is larger, and the load-bearing capacity can reach 300kg-1000kg, which is suitable for large or high-density storage needs.
Sub-types
