Surface treatment: Have a fully automatic electrostatic spraying production line, the specific process and quality are: Blank → Remove surface dirt → Degreasing→ Ceramic → Spraying→ Leveling and curing → Finished product; The surface treatment of the shelf adopts the epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying process, and the coating thickness is 60-80 microns; The adhesion of electrostatic spray powder meets the level 0 requirement in the GB/T9286-1998 standard; The hardness (abrasion resistance) is more than 100 times that of ordinary nitrocellulose paint, which meets the 2H requirements in the national GB6739-86 standard; Corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid test) GB/T1771-91 is greater than 500 hours.
