Product Description
Teardrop racking is also called teardrop shelving. It includes the teardrop uprights and teardrop beams. Teardrop Pallet Racking can store different kinds of goods more securely and stably and prevent goods from falling off with mesh deck or support bar. In the case of back-to-back racking installation, the two groups of racking can be connected by row spacers, which can effectively prevent racking toppling. It can be combined with upright protector, barrier and other protective devices to avoid forklift truck collision caused by safety accidents.


Teardrop racking system also known as beam type rack, it is the most common kind of racks full assembly, in the form of column piece beam structure, structure concise and effective. The diversity of most simple and effective storage shelves, tie-in forklift work, use convenient tray access mode, suitable for storage of various kinds of goods. The shelves of high turnover is widely used by more and more enterprises.

Frame
A complete frame consists of two upright with footplates and a number of horizontal & diagonal bracing. Due to the different production processes, it is divided into welded frame and bolted frame.
At present, the most widely used is bolted frame. It is easier to pack and transport. And it is more convenient to replace parts. All of these will save your costs.

The footplate of teardrop pallet rack are divided into two types: bolted footplate and welded footplate.

Welded footplate: The footplate is welded directly to the upright.
Bolted footplate: The footplate is screwed together with the frame through the stand plate.

Beam
The beam is inserted into the hole on the frame and fixed on the frame by relying on the beam clips at both ends. With the use of safety pins to avoid the possibility of beam falling.
