Raw material (strip steel) → Automatic punching → Cold-rolled forming → Fixed length, flat head → Punching (welding) → Correction → Surface spraying → Packaging → Finished product Raw materials:
All shelf components are made of cold-formed sections made of Baosteel's raw materials; Cold-rolled forming: The shelf column and various beams are rolled by their own automatic cold-formed forming unit, automatically positioned and cut according to the required length, and the length dimension error is less than 1mm. Surface treatment: Have a fully automatic electrostatic spraying production line, the specific process and quality are: Blank → Remove surface dirt → Degreasing→ Ceramic → Spraying→ Leveling and curing → Finished product; The surface treatment of the shelf adopts the epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying process, and the coating thickness is 60-80 microns; The adhesion of electrostatic spray powder meets the level 0 requirement in the GB/T9286-1998 standard; The hardness (abrasion resistance) is more than 100 times that of ordinary nitrocellulose paint, which meets the 2H requirements in the national GB6739-86 standard; Corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid test) GB/T1771-91 is greater than 500 hours.
