Product Description
Double Sided medium duty cantilever racking provides an excellent solution to store irregular or long items, such as furniture, tubing, lumber etc., this is achieved by eliminating block in front of the racking and providing a clear opening in front of rack. Single sided cantilever rack and double side cantilever racking is used around the world. We can tailor-make according to goods size and warehouse space. We can provide various column heights, arm lengths, base lengths to ensure an ideal solution for your warehouse.
Product Parameters
Cantilever steel rack (cantilever pipe rack) with the technical lateral forklift can solve the storage of long material and irregular shaped material. The highest column can reach 10 meters, cantilever arm length is 1.0 - 1.5m, and loading capacity can reach 400-1000kg. Medium duty cantilever racking can be used in indoor and outdoor. It can be used hot dip galvanized to surface treatment of outdoor. It also can be installed ceiling at the top of the column, then can be resisted wind, rain and sunshine.

All shelf components are made of cold-formed sections made of Baosteel's raw materials; Cold-rolled forming: The shelf column and various beams are rolled by their own automatic cold-formed forming unit, automatically positioned and cut according to the required length, and the length dimension error is less than 1mm. Surface treatment: Have a fully automatic electrostatic spraying production line, the specific process and quality are: Blank → Remove surface dirt → Degreasing→ Ceramic → Spraying→ Leveling and curing → Finished product; The surface treatment of the shelf adopts the epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying process, and the coating thickness is 60-80 microns; The adhesion of electrostatic spray powder meets the level 0 requirement in the GB/T9286-1998 standard; The hardness (abrasion resistance) is more than 100 times that of ordinary nitrocellulose paint, which meets the 2H requirements in the national GB6739-86 standard; Corrosion resistance (hydrochloric acid test) GB/T1771-91 is greater than 500 hours.
