Product Description
VNA racking system is called very narrow aisle racking. Compared with pallet racks, the width of the aisle is much narrower and requires three-way forklift operations. This racks greatly increase the utilization of warehouse space. The width of the VNA racking aisle (usually 1600-2000mm) is much narrower than that of the regular pallet racking system, which makes better use of storage space by 20%.
Application: A warehouse with low variety of high-volume items, more frequent entry and exit of goods, warehouse with higher picking requirements.
VNA aisles are much narrower than aisles of ordinary pallet racking with the width approx. 1600mm-2000mm, which largely improved space efficiency. VNA requires skilled drivers of special forklift rotating trucks to be more careful.
Guide rails for VNA are approx. 200mm high, which can be set during civil work or during racking installation with protect plate. With guidance of the rail, accident risks can be reduced and the requirement of driving skills is also lower than drive-in pallet racking.
Fire suppression and seismic need to be considered. Hard wearing and very flat floor designed for heavy static / live loads are required.
